I started looking for a new used vehicle over 2 months ago. I found what appeared to be beautiful 2020 AUDI SQ7 with under 48,000 miles. It took nearly 3 weeks to get the dealership to the negotiated price, they were squabbling over $660.

What a scam. I had an appointment with the Grieco service department to have an oil change and tire rotation and to do a Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission. My vehicle only had 41K miles on it. I had a coupon to perform the first repair for less than $100 and the Ford-recommended repair was free. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability.
I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. A simple oil change turned into a complete disaster when the technicians didn’t even screw the oil cap back on, dumping oil all over my engine bay and causing further mechanical problems.

I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our junk. Grieco FORD does not stand behind their product either. I’m quite disappointed. I highly recommend you buy a Toyota or a Nissan Ford doesn’t stand behind their products.

The photos they provided did not show major issues like deep scratches with rust, severely worn tires, and an engine oil leak. This dealership is the definition of shady. I ordered a new F-350 and put down a deposit. When the truck came in and I sat down to do the paperwork, they conveniently “forgot” to apply my deposit toward the purchase. I have a vehicle diagnostic tester. You plug it into any vehicle and it tells you the malfunctions with an error code. When I bought the truck, I tested it and it said that the 6th injector needed to be changed. I went to the service center and they said it wouldn't be possible with your determination, we will test it for 200 dollars, I agreed. This place has Horrible service. Treacherous lazy uncaring and unprofessionals people and work ethic. I don’t know how they stay in business and am going to have to pay for an attorney. I put one star because there is no other lower rating. I am very disappointed with the attention and repair service of my vehicle. They did not keep a given word, they took many days to give me information about the repair of the vehicle, they changed spare parts at random (charging very high amounts for each repair) and in the end they did not solve the cause of the problem on two occasions.
Highly recommend the Service Team at Grieco Ford of Delray Beach! We've taken our Ford Escape there for the last three service appointments and have had smooth and speedy experiences, many thanks to Darlene Wehe our Service Advisor! 🙂

I guess there is a valid reason why this dealer has such poor ratings. It is because of their people and poor customer service skills. I went into Greico Ford to look at cars as my lease was snout to end. I was greeted by Tanner who was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I never felt pressured and I planned to look at other cars but I fell in love with the Mustang and was ready fora change and Michael (the manager) and Tanner and Donovan (finance) made it easy and fun. If I could literally give zero stars I would. Progressive sent my car here to get work done, it’s been two months and no telling when I’ll actually get my car back. There is absolutely minimal communication and when I do get ahold of someone I’m given the run around. They refuse to give me a loaner vehicle & compensate me in any way. I’ve reached out to the management to no avail. My emails and phone calls are left unreturned.

Brought my 2017 edge for oil change as part of my Ford Maintenance package. The mechanic market the remaining breaks pads as 5mil for all 4 breaks. My rear breaks where changed 2 month ago, my front breaks are still the originals (I now have about 72k miles). I wouldn't bring the car back to this dealership. The service advisor was very good.
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! This is the WORST dealership for service. Had one great service advisor but she left. Appointments are required to drop off the vehicle so it can sit in line for DAYS waiting to be diagnosed...Not serviced just diagnosed!! xxxxxxxx!! My appointment was for a repair they supposedly had fixed. Better yet..DO NOT BUY A FORD! I own/have owned Lexus & Mercedes. Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape in mid-November for my dad who is living in Delray. Wired money two days before picking up vehicle. 20 minutes before I arrive from my 3 hour drive they call and say they didn’t receive it and my bank shows that Greicos bank rejected transfer a day earlier. I have been calling this dealership for over a week. My car was delivered with one key. It was never revealed to me that it only had one key. I paid $36500 cash for this car plus $675 for delivery and now I have to pay $520 for a new key. And no manager will return my call. Two keys is a pretty standard item to expect when paying a premium price for a used car. I heard from them multiple times a day before I paid them their money. Now crickets.

If you need your car serviced GO ELSEWHERE. It’s like they don’t want to work. The people answering the phone is completely rude when transferring to the correct department. When do transferred no one answers… when you leave a voice mail no one returns… when you go in person no one o owe anything… they had my car for a week 0 communication. Slow!! And it seems like no one wants to work. Ridiculous.
Unreliable, difficult to get answers, extremely slow. One of the worst experience with a service department I have experienced. Had the car for a full week. Even after we had a service appointment. This did not include waiting time for part.
My question was never answered concerning the hp of the Jaq V8 engine (550 or 575). Why???

We bought a 2020 Ford Mustang Ecoboost from Richard Goldfeder at Grieco Ford of Delray and really had the best experience ever buying a car. He got all the information regarding what we were looking for, what we had seen already, and what price he needed to beat and he came back with only one car that made sense. The car was absolutely perfect. He did not apply any pressure and simple presented what made sense considering our needs. It was a great experience all around. I will probably need another car soon and will certainly reach out to Richard again.

Very disreputable. Besides being xxxxx pricewise, I was cudgeled into the purchase of tire/rim coverage, GAP coverage and an extended warranty, the total for all 3 is over $5,000. A few days later I canceled all the coverages. It's now been almost 2 months since Grieco received the written canceled form and they still have not remitted the funds to Ford Motor Credit since the items were included as part of my auto loan. I went to go buy a truck from them that I found listed on the Internet. Truck was listed for $62,000, but when I asked for the price in order to get financed, they try to switch the price up to $69,000. Additionally, they added a bunch of random fees that equated up to $4000 additional. Finally, they removed those additional fees and brought the price of the truck to the original listed price. The salesman James truly cares about his customer. The dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and This dealer charges $7500 more on top of msrp. I talked to Ford direct and other dealer that confirmed this should not be happening because Ford agreed not to mark allow dealer up their vehicles. AWFUL, SLEEZY, STEREOTYICAL, Greico puts vehicles on their site they don't have then lure you in to sell you something you don't want. They set up a "VIP" appointment and once you get there they make you wait for someone who knows nothing about the appt. you set up. Incredibly unprofessional, and to think I brought a check bc I pay cash for my vehicles on the spot. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME.
Both our sales person Lydia & the finance manager Joe worked extremely hard to find me the truck I needed at a price that worked for me. Great experience

Ian Divittorio at Greieco Ford in Del Ray FL was our salesperson for our vehicle purchase. We were so happy to spend the morning with him as he patiently, attentively and informatively walked us through the process. I can't say enough about this dealership! It is the most beautiful and clean dealership I have ever been in and more important is run by real pros, these guys know their stuff!
An advertisement for high price trade in on my car got me in the doors to see if it were true. Broke down costs of what I would be getting for what I was giving up after all is said and done (trade-in offer - remaining balance v.s. how much out the door cost was and how much KBB price was for future trade-in on the used car I was getting). I had no reason to deal but Jordan Gantwarg really worked out a nice deal that I felt comfortable with.

This year has been difficult for all of us. Business slowed down and were temporarily closed. Anyway, I finally made it to Grieco Service for a repair but was advised that my extended warranty expired two weeks prior and that there was NO flexibility-- despite the fact that the current pandemic prevented me from getting over there earlier and I had no knowledge of the warranty expiration date. I recently purchased a used Ram Promaster that had a defective radio. The Greco Ford promised that it would be replaced two months later nothing!
A week prior to buying the car, my wife and I met Charlotte as we were looking at the Mustang Ecoboost. Unfortunately, there was a recall on these vehicles. Charlotte and I exchanged contact information and as soon as the recall was taken care of, she immediately informed me and let me know the vehicle was available. Charlotte was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely work with Charlotte again.

Ignore this dealership like the plague Incompetent routine vehicle service and lousy 5 hour ordeal trying to end one lease to start another after being hounded to set appointment. Rather than showing me the ecosport or escape I asked to see they tried ripping me off on a buyout telling me what a favor they are doing by not selling me a car. I'm taking my complaint to FORD directly
I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape and noticed a leak. Sergio immediately assigned Charlie to fix it. Both Sergio and Charlie gave excellent customer service!
Very unhappy with my purchase , Long term of the loan is different from I was told plus additional charges I was not explained. Woman don’t go there alone. This happened a few months ago n it’s my fault for not checking the paper right when I left , I was a loyal customer to Ford no any more .
